Which resume service should I choose?
Our Professional Resume service is for general professional applications. If you’re pursuing federal agency or government contracting positions, choose our Federal & Government Contracting service and select the application type that fits your goals. Contact us if you’re unsure here.
We’ve helped clients in healthcare, federal/government, tech, finance, logistics, education, and more. Each resume is customized to your specific industry and goals.
What happens after I purchase?
Once you purchase a package, you’ll receive an email with instructions to complete your intake form and submit your information. We use that information to craft a personalized, ATS-optimized resume aligned with your goals or to prepare and schedule your mock interview. Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.
What if I don’t have a current resume?
No problem! The intake form will guide you through everything we need to create one from scratch.
When will I receive my resume?
Standard resume turnaround is 7–10 days. Resume audits are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. If you have an upcoming deadline, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can accommodate it.
Can you update a resume you previously wrote for me?
Absolutely. Our Resume Revision service is available to returning clients whose resumes were originally written by Alchemy Resumes. Choose the revision level that matches the updates you need, or contact us if you’re unsure.
What formats will I receive?
You’ll receive your final resume in PDF and editable Word formats. Keep the Word copy for future updates and use the PDF to preserve the formatting when applying, unless the employer requests a different file type.
Can I review my documents and request changes?
Absolutely! Once you receive your draft, take some time to review it and let us know if anything needs to be added, corrected, or worded differently. Your feedback is part of the process, and we’ll work with you to revise your documents until you’re 100% satisfied.
What’s included in Interview Preparation?
Your 60-minute session combines personalized coaching and mock interview practice based on your background and one target role. We’ll help you develop relevant examples, practice your responses, and identify what to improve. You’ll also receive a brief follow-up summary with your practice priorities.
